Eric began his career in construction as a plumber, working on new home builds, moving on to large commercial construction, and earning his Master Plumber license. In 2002, he transitioned to the world of Virtual Construction, designing and modeling plumbing and mechanical systems on the computer and using a Total Station to lay out those systems on the job site. He has since worked for mechanical and general contractors using computers, surveying equipment, and 3D Scanners to bring technology into the world of construction. Because of his field background, Eric knows that construction technologies are most beneficial when they end up in the hands of the “Boots on the ground”, the trade professionals responsible for making construction happen.

Sean is a Colorado Native who earned his degree in Architectural Drafting at Phoenix Institute of Technology.
He has worked as a BIM manager for the last 21 years building several CAD departments from the ground up. He has worked in the technology side of construction for his entire career.
Sean is an expert in 3D modeling, coordination and systems layout implementing the use of Total Station.
He is an expert in plumbing, electrical, fuel gas, mechanical and building codes.
Sean is an excellent listener and will work his hardest to give each and every client what they need. Customer satisfaction is his number one goal.
